rajavaji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is a provider of online gaming and sports betting services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between rajavaji and its users ("you" or "member").

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, or device. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be closed and any related bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, processing may be delayed in the following situations:

• If bonus wagering requirements are not met
• During an investigation into suspicious activity

4.3 Withdrawal via Same Method

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal to a third-party account or in someone else's name is not possible. The name on the deposit and withdrawal accounts must match.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rajavaji offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must complete 20 times (20x) wagering before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. This means that for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be placed. Different contribution rates may apply to different games when calculating wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified period from the date the bonus is received.
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• rajavaji reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus offers at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The rajavaji VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

rajavaji reserves the right to change VIP benefits and cashback rates. Separate VIP terms and conditions apply.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

rajavaji is committed to ensuring fair play. All our games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. There is no opportunity to strategically influence the outcome of any game, and every result is completely independent and random.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is abnormal due to a technical error or system failure, rajavaji reserves the right to void the relevant game and refund the wager. No compensation applies in such situations.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.

• Attempting to interfere with or damage the platform's security systems.

Limitation of Liability

rajavaji provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the following:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
• Any amount of financial gain earned through the platform.
• The accuracy and reliability of third-party game software.

rajavaji is not responsible for any losses caused by technical issues, system downtime, or internet connection disruptions. However, in such situations, our support team will make every effort to find a resolution.

Financial losses related to gaming are entirely the member's own responsibility. Wins and losses in games are completely random and not predetermined.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Account Suspension by rajavaji

rajavaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Order from a legal or regulatory authority.

9.2 Account Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at any time. To request account closure, please contact our live chat support. It is possible to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.
